TF1 GROUP SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE (NFL)

TO BROADCAST THE SUPER BOWL

 

The TF1 group announces that it has acquired the broadcast rights to the Super Bowl, the pinnacle of the American Football season.
Super Bowl LIII will take place at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sunday 3 February 2019, including the famous half time show
The current champions are the Philadelphia Eagles, who beat the New England Patriots to clinch the title.
Watched by over hundreds of millions of fans around the world every year, the Super Bowl is a stand-out sporting event, and one of the most widely-viewed in the world.

This agreement, a first for the TF1 group, is in line with its ambitious policy of broadcasting major international
