“As a leading media group, we owe it to ourselves to be a trusted player in everything we do. We have a responsibility to society, as an active participant in collective transformation. And we have a responsibility to our people, supporting them every day to stay well and grow. We focus our engagement on three main spheres of action, all of them perfectly aligned with our strategy: diversity and inclusion, ecological transition, and supporting good causes.”

TF1 GROUP – MAKING AND DRIVING CHANGE

More than ever, French people expect businesses to be working actively for a more responsible world. As a leading media group, we know that we have responsibilities, and that we can influence hearts and minds. That’s why we have positioned ourselves as a maker and driver of change. We’re fully engaged around issues affecting the environment (ecological transition), our employees and society, but we are also aware of the need for tangible action in response to those issues. So we use our content to raise public awareness, support good causes, and help our advertising clients.

Our vocation: bringing people together. That’s the driving force behind our cultural project, under the banner “TF1, les Français Ensemble”. By promoting diversity and inclusion, encouraging ecological transition and supporting good causes, we play an active role in building a more sustainable and cohesive society. We have a number of pillars to guide what we do, and help us work faster and more effectively towards ecological and social change.

REDUCE OUR CARBON IMPACT

Playing our part by reducing our carbon impact, with targets signed off by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) in October 2023 - a 30% cut in our CO2 emissions by 2030, with three main priorities: eco-production, digital sobriety, and responsible procurement.

RAISE AUDIENCE AWARENESS OF ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION

Continuing to use our content to mobilise the public around ecological transition, while also developing training programs to help our own people become transition activists
