TF1 group signs the Paris Climat Action Partnership Agreement

On October 12, 2015, the TF1 Group signed the Paris Climate Action Partnership Agreement at the Hôtel de Ville in Paris. In signing this accord, the Group agrees to respect the objectives of the City’s “Energy Climate Plan” in its business activities by reducing its energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

This commitment is aligned with the continuing energy consumption and waste control plan the Group has had in place since 2010, an effort that has already reduced electricity consumption by 7% in the Boulogne-Billancourt headquarters. It also takes into account the TF1 Group’s involvement in the Ecoprod collective, an action group founded in 2009.

Moreover, since the start of 2015, the Group has been very active in anticipation of the COP21 through widespread editorial coverage on the TF1 and LCI news broadcasts, special programming on Ushuaïa TV, and presentations organized for its stakeholders.
