TF1 Initiatives, Partnering with the Job dans la Ville Programme

TF1 Initiatives supports the Sport dans la Ville association, which uses sport to foster a sense of community through the values of caring, helping and diversity. Through Job dans la Ville, their branch focusing on employment, the association also helps young people from troubled neighbourhoods join the workforce. Each year, 1,000 young people aged 16 to 22 take part in the programme. They receive assistance in choosing their careers, finding training programmes and getting hired.

Gilles Pélisson is the sponsor for the 2018 class in Job dans la Ville. To celebrate their success, TF1 invited the association to an open house. The young participants had a chance to meet and talk with the president of the TF1 group in small groups.
