Change of control in Eurosport International

The TF1 group and Discovery Communications today announced the finalization of the acquisition by Discovery Communications of a controlling interest in Eurosport International. Discovery's interest in Eurosport International therefore increases from 20% to 51%.
This closing has occurred following approvals by competent authorities.
Eurosport France will remain owned at 80% by the TF1 group and at 20% by Discovery Communications.
