APPOINTED GENERAL SECRETARY, NEWS AT TF1

Following the appointment of Eric Jaouen as Assistant Director heading up transverse projects across the technical, IT, Corporate Services and Security divisions (reporting to Arnaud Bosom, Executive Vice President Human Resources and CSR), Laure Bezault has been appointed as General Secretary, News at TF1. She will take up her new post on 6 August 2018, reporting to Thierry Thuillier (Executive Vice President of News). She will also join the Management Committee of TF1 News.

Taking over from Eric Jaouen, who had been in this role since 2010, Laure Bezault will be tasked with supporting our teams through the “Info 2020” program, as well as heading up various projects involving the news teams.

About Laure BEZAULT

Laure’s most recent position was as Assistant Director at the TV division of L’Equipe, where she was involved in the editorial repositioning of the L’Equipe channel and for organising the channel’s various teams.

She previously worked as General Secretary to the editorial team at iTélé for 5 years, and also headed up the editorial team at the local TV channel Nantes 7.

Laure began her career at LCI after studying economics at university (post-graduate diploma in production, labour and industrial economics from Lyon II University). She also holds a masters in Media Management from ESCP business school.
