TF1 group signs the Paris Climate Action partnership agreement

TF1 GROUP SIGNS
THE PARIS CLIMATE ACTION PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

The TF1 Group signed the Paris Climate Action Partnership Agreement today at the Hôtel de Ville in Paris. In signing this accord, the Group agrees to respect the objectives of the City’s “Energy Climate Plan” in its business activities by reducing its energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

This commitment is aligned with the continuing energy consumption and waste control plan the Group has had in place since 2010, an effort that has already reduced electricity consumption by 7% in the Boulogne-Billancourt headquarters.

Moreover, since the start of 2015, the Group has been very active in anticipation of the COP21, organizing presentations for its stakeholders on the subject of responsible communication. In the same vein, through its news programs, the Group is offering support for the initiatives of all those involved in the event and, on Ushuaia TV, is presenting special programming in honor of this key climate gathering.
