TF1, No.1 IN ONLINE CUSTOMER RELATIONS
IN THE "NEWS AND MEDIA" CATEGORY

The 14th Qualiweb Awards, organised by market research company Cocedal Conseil, awarded first place to TF1 in the "News and Media" category for the quality of its relations with TV viewers and web users through the "TF1&Vous" platform.

Close relations with customers have been a core communication strategy for TF1 since 2009. The channel has established a permanent dialogue with TV viewers and web users by creating a dedicated B to C service aimed at maintaining continuous contact with its publics through grassroots campaigns across France, dialogue on the "TF1&Vous" platform and the company's presence in social networks.

Commenting, Frédéric Ivernel, Communication Director at TF1 Group, said: "We are delighted to receive this award, which pays tribute to the close relations that the company has established with the public over the last several years. The award acknowledges the involvement and quality of dialogue achieved by our teams with TV viewers and web users".

The Qualiweb Awards are awarded every year to the companies having achieved the best relations with their public on the web. Nearly 300 sites were tested in 17 business sectors.
