TFOU d’ANIMATION CONTEST
« BANKI & FROST : LA BANQUISE EN PETARD »
TFOU and SACD premiered today, in Annecy, the film “Banki & Frost: la banquise en petard”. Adapted by Ghislaine Pujol from the 2015 winning script, based on the issue of global warming, the 1’30’’ movie is directed and produced by Vincent Dromart and Nicolas Quinssac from Toulouse Digiblur Studio Company.
After the screening at the International Festival of Animated Film in Annecy, the film will be aired on TFOU and its digital versions. Thereafter, it will benefit other screenings through SACD which co-organizes the competition and on Ushuaia TV, its TV partner.
2016/2017 CONTEST TFOU d’ANIMATION
« FILLES ET GARCONS, TOUS A FOND »
After environmental issues in 2015, the slogan “Filles et garçons, tous à fond !” (“Girls and boys, all the way!”) launched the 2016 screenplay competition. The goal is to aware children and youth on diversity and gender parity in all areas: sports, studies, crafts, games, culture, hobbies ... at school and at home...
Co-organized with the SACD for the third year, the TFOU d’ANIMATION CONTEST welcomes this year two partners: the SNE and Enfance Majuscule association.
A jury made up of professionals from TFOU, SACD, SNC will select the winning script according to several criterias: scriptwriting skills, 6/10 years children awareness to diversity and original treatment in connection with the tone of TFOU.
The TFOU animation contest will be held in mid-November 2016 at “la Maison des Auteurs” of SACD in Paris. The winner will be awarded a price of 1000 euros offered by SACD. Production is planned to start in January 2017, funded by TF1 group. A preview is planned in the Annecy Film Festival in June 2017.

About Enfance Majuscule:
Founded in 1936 by the journalist Alexis Danan, the association “Enfance Majuscule” acts for children rights, with a view of care, prevention, information and sensitization. Made up of volunteers from diverse backgrounds, Enfance Majuscule fights every day with the help of many partners in order to promote positive treatment towards children in all areas.
