Stéphane Stoll joined the Bouygues Group in 1994 and began his career at Bouygues SA as a project manager reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Construction, then spent five years working in the Group's internal audit teams.
He joined Bouygues Energies & Services (then ETDE) in 2002 to participate in the development of facility management activities, initially in financial roles and later in operational roles.
He became Secretary General of Bouygues Energies & Services in 2010, then Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of development, innovation and digital transformation in 2017.
Following the acquisition of Alpin's energy and services activities in the summer of 2018, he took over as Chief Executive Officer of Kraftanlagen in Germany. He oversaw its integration and reorganisation for three years.
In 2021, he took over as head of energy and industry operations at Bouygues Energies & Services.
In January 2023, he joined Equans, where he headed up Central Europe operations – data centres – Solar & Storage energy until July 2025.
Stéphane Stoll has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Bouygues Group* with effect from 1 August 2025 and will join the Executive Committee.
