The TF1 Group Receives Top Employers 2018 Certification!

The TF1 group is pleased to receive the Top Employers 2018 certification and we are very proud of the Bouygues group, which is the first corporation in France to be certified for all its business lines and for all its subsidiaries (Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, Bouygues Telecom, Colas and the TF1 group).

This certification recognises the group's human resources policy, primarily as it pertains to talent and career management, training and compensation.

The Top Employers Institute is an international certification body specialising in the quality of working conditions. Each year it conducts a survey to identify the best employers. The evaluated companies answer questions about their HR best practices. Their responses are then analysed and put through a rigorous auditing process.
