François Pellissier joined the Group in 1995 in the Marketing Department of TF1 Publicité. He then moved to the Internet sales division, becoming its Director in 2001. In 2005, he was appointed Deputy Director of Sponsorship and Diversification before becoming Deputy Director of WAT in 2006.

He joined TF1 Production in 2007 as Deputy CEO, and became Deputy CEO of TF1 Production in charge of the sports, short formats, and trailers departments in 2010. In September 2014, he was appointed Head of Sports Rights Acquisition, then Chief Executive Officer of TF1 Production in September 2016.

In 2019, François Pellissier became Executive Chairman of TF1 PUB and Director of Sports for the TF1 Group. He has also been Chairman of TF1 Entertainment since September 1, 2019.
