Valérie Languille has been appointed Executive Vice President Human Relations & CSR at the TF1 group with effect from 1 September. She is joining the Executive Committee, and succeeds Arnaud Bosom in the role.
Valérie Languille will be responsible for talent development, and for employee relations and human resources policy. She will also be in charge of internal communication and corporate affairs, and for conducting initiatives in the field of corporate social responsibility.
Gilles Pélisson, TF1 group Chairman and CEO, comments: “I am delighted to welcome Valérie to our senior management team. Her impressive career path, combined with a perfect understanding of her field and her experience of the media industry, mean she is ideally placed to support our continuing growth and help us evolve in a fast-changing environment. I wish her every success in her new role.
I would also like to extend my warmest thanks to Arnaud for his exceptional contribution heading up our Human Relations, CSR & Technologies function over the last ten years, and more generally for his 27 years of service with the TF1 group. Over the last few years Arnaud has helped us navigate some key stages in our history, such as the transformation and diversification of our operations from TPS through to e-TF1 and cybersecurity issues, and more recently the complexities around Covid-19 and the rollout of our CSR policy. Arnaud and his team rose magnificently to all these challenges.
